Attached to this email is the application form used to apply for a district grant.
Please read the entire document before starting.

These are the steps you need to take:

1. Download the “DistrictGrantApplication2021/2022FinalB.pdf” (or any subsequent revision noted by alpha character).

2. Save the downloaded file naming it something that represents your club as in “EPGHApp.pdf”.

3. Open up the file in any .pdf reader, preferably Adobe but most readers will work well enough.

4. Fill in the applicable entries. The fillable blocks are fairly sequential, you may use the <TAB> key to move from entry to entry, the <SHIFT><TAB> to move backward, or your mouse.

Save your results as you proceed instead of waiting until the end, just in case you experience a problem and are forced to exit without saving what you’ve already done.

5. Once completed, save it for the last time, print out a copy for your records, and email the
completed form to district7305grants@gmail.com.

6. Expect a confirmation that your application was received within 48 hours. If you don’t
receive one there’s a good chance we never got it and your application will not be considered
regardless of the circumstances.

7. If you need help with the process, feel free to email us at the email address above. You
may even email us to ask for a telephone consult.
